About Jen Foronato

From interior design to getting clients into a new space, Jen is an atmosphere changer. She has always had a passion for design and this has served her well as a Real Estate Agent. Her clients love working with Jen because of her ability to understand their unique needs and solve problems.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1997 from Indiana State University in Textiles, Apparel & Merchandising.  After moving to Austin, Jen sold real estate for two years and then decided to switch gears and work for a custom home builder in sales and design. 

Combining her design intuition with her entrepreneurial spirit, Jen began her career with the builder by assisting clients with the complete custom home process.  She assisted in lot selection, architectural design, material and finish selection as well as preparing the final budget for the entire project cost.  Throughout the construction process, Jen worked with the project superintendent to ensure her clients vision was carried out to the end. 

Jen has developed very practical knowledge of the residential design and construction industry which enabled her to start her own design consulting company, chic concepts, in 2008.  Jen is creative, imaginative and artistic.  Her ability to intuitively read her clients has made Jen a successful interior design professional. Open and communicative, Jen approaches design from a personal, yet highly professional manner.  Combining knowledge with an aesthetic vision, she works with her clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions that are functional, attractive, and meet the needs of the people using the spaces.

Inspired by both her love of interior design and real estate, in 2016, Jen decided to add real estate services to the mix to serve her clients even better. Combining both interior design and real estate services under one roof made the most sense. Motivation In Life:  Her Children!

Jen and Anthony have been married for 16 years and have two wonderful and energetic boys!  As a family, they enjoy travelling, eating out and playing sports!
