About Tina Mallach

When Tina Mallach, broker/owner of Mallach and Company, founded her boutique brokerage, she built the foundation on two concepts: working hard and having fun. Because these values were beautifully not exclusive of one another, Tina knew that she and her agents could have it all: a place where work, fun, family, and community all intersect.

Passionate about sharing her secrets to success with others to help in their professional success, one of Tina’s favorite roles is that of a mentor to her agents. She’s never too busy to listen, provide guidance, or celebrate a win.

From the modest to the multi-million dollar, Mallach and Company sells real estate throughout the Austin area but continues to carve a powerful niche with their intimate knowledge of “Austin North” neighborhoods, including Leander, Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Georgetown.

Giving back to the community is foundational at Mallach and Company. Each year, the firm provides meals for students in need through the Backpack Program, builds homes with Habitat for Humanity, and volunteers at Urban Roots.

Tina is an avid runner and loves the outdoors. In their spare time, Tina and her husband, John, love to travel and spend time with their daughter, Madison, who continues to be Tina’s inspiration.

Tina believes that Mallach and Company’s success is the product of a daily journey based on faith, joy, hard work, and perseverance. In every moment, Tina challenges herself and her agents to have the audacity to have it ALL: a career they love, a well-balanced life, and a drive to help others…because life is meant to be lived to the fullest
