Charlie was with us from the beginning in 2017 when we found our vacant land to plan and build our retirement home. My husband and I decided we were ready to finally bite the bullet and buy our first home. We thought we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but, of course, you never really know until you start looking. Tina Mallach and Holly Loff both stayed patient with our requests to see multiple houses and were flexible with schedules. They traveled all up and down the Austin area to help us look at homes when it was convenient for us (and probably inconvenient for them). After the first home buyer panic set in, Tina and Holly were both there to explain the process and give us referrals for mortgage companies and home inspectors. We recently sold our home on Lake Travis and interviewed several firms when starting the process. My husband sat down one on one and picked the brains of numerous realtors trying to understand their strategies and evaluate their work ethic. When he came home after speaking with Jen Glatz of Mallach and Company, his mind was made up. She is sharp, motivated, and is all-in when it comes to selling your home. She came up with marketing strategies and timelines to get the process going. She made lists and spreadsheets to get our house in shape for listing while still respecting the fact that we were doing this with three small children at home during Covid. She encouraged us and checked in with us throughout the process. When doing showings, she has an incredible level of professionalism. I can't say enough good things about Jen Glatz with Mallach and Company. It has been almost 10 years since we have bought or sold a home, and we've never done both at the same time. This time we wanted to sell our current home and find a new home at the same time. Jen went above and beyond to ensure our house was ready for its showing. She came over to give opinions about the staging, and she responded to all my crazy texts quickly, even the texts about which lightbulb brightness was best for our kitchen. Jen found us a buyer in record time. Her experience, insight, and negotiation ability got us the best price for our house. Not only did Jen find us a buyer in record time, but she also helped us find the perfect home for our next chapter. We looked at several homes, and none were ever exactly right. Jen took our comments about the houses we looked at and found us "the one." She would research the neighborhood, schools, and sale comps before we saw any homes; and was ready to answer any questions we had. In September 2018, my son and his wife relocated from California to Leander, Texas. They contacted Mallach & Co and met with Angela Hutton to assist them in finding a home. They had such a positive experience with Angela they referred her to my husband and me when we decided to purchase a home in that same area. The minute I spoke to Angela on the phone, I knew she was the realtor for us. She took our wish list and scheduled a group of homes to see immediately. Angela has the experience and insight to know, following the first two or three homes we visited, exactly what we were going for. After reviewing no more than 8 homes, we found the one for us. Angela was with us every step of the way. Quite honestly, I have never worked with a more knowledgeable realtor in all of my years of purchasing other homes (Not to mention her incredibly warm and thoughtful personality).
