At Mallach and Company, we call Charlie Huggins “The Southerner,” and you’ll never meet a gal more dedicated to comprehensive client care! A native of the Austin area, Charlie has witnessed the beautiful evolution of Central Texas, from a quiet spot on the map to the diverse region it is today. 

Charlie’s real estate knowledge runs throughout the Austin area, and she specializes in listing and selling properties in Williamson County and beyond. Having grown up in Leander, her deep love for the Hill Country landscape is complemented by her intimate knowledge of the homes and communities nestled there. Each day, Charlie is committed to bridging the gap between her clients and their real estate goals.

Charlie’s experience in construction, law firms, cosmetology, and as a stay-at-home mom have all shaped her insight and business style. Her outgoing and straightforward demeanor, along with her well-honed expertise in local real estate inspire peace and confidence in the minds of her clients.

At home, Charlie is married to her high school sweetheart and has three grown children who still reside in the greater Austin area. She loves traveling, eating great food, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends. Causes close to her heart include Habitat for Humanity, Urban Roots farms, the Lone Star Chapter of the Hemophilia Foundation, and local community and school foundations in the area.

Charlie Huggins with Mallach and Company. Charlie, “Chuck”, “Rockstar” she answers to all of the above. Charlie was with us from the beginning in 2017 when we found our vacant land to plan and build our retirement home. Had to play a little hardball with the seller’s agent but that is right in her wheelhouse.

In 2020, she assisted us with the construction loan which eventually led to this. “This” being typing this review in our newly finished custom home. At the same time as our new home was nearing completion, Charlie guided us and listed our Cedar Park home for sale for a simultaneous close on both. 17 offers later, Chuck helped us pick the right buyer and here we are.
