About Ellen Angell
As a native Austinite with a love for what makes the city the Live Music Capital of the World, Ellen Angell has a passion for being a residential real estate specialist and helping clients realize their real estate goals.
Ellen has a sharp eye for identifying quality homes and has a vast knowledge of real estate, something that she’s picked up from her work with area builders and new construction. Her clients find that Ellen’s expert communication skills and outgoing personality are pivotal in ensuring the real estate process goes smoothly, and it, in turn, builds lasting relationships that Ellen is thankful for.
Her specialty is in helping her clients buy and sell homes in the Northwest and Southwest Austin areas, Cedar Park, and Leander. Her ability to see the very best in every property and neighborhood makes her a master at marketing homes, pricing them fairly, and seeking out the right buyers for her sellers. Her outstanding listening skills allow her to find the right dream homes for her clients, and her collaborative nature with all of the members included in a real estate transaction ensures that her clients get the very best deal.
As someone that has seen how Austin has grown year after year and the changes that come to the real estate industry, Ellen knows that it’s crucial to continue to develop her skills as an agent. It’s what has led her to become a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and gaining awards like Platinum Top 50 REALTORS® from 2016-18 and REILLY, REALTORS® Top Producer from 2013 – 2018.
Philanthropy is another passion of Ellen’s. She believes that there’s more to life than ourselves, and she brought that drive to put on fundraisers for SafePlace, CASA Williamson County, and Habitat for Humanity. Ellen continues to work with multiple nonprofits and has most recently started to work with the Central Texas Table of Grace. She has also been named the Homeroom Mom for the last six years, helping out the teachers and students any way she can.
When she’s not helping her clients, Ellen enjoys spending time with her four daughters and husband, Jayson, cooking, dancing, swimming, and riding bikes. You can find her exploring Zilker Park, stand-up paddleboarding around Lake Austin, boating and water skiing around Lake Travis, and eating at Moonshine Grill. As an avid traveler, she can happily give recommendations on where to stop in Wine Country in Southern California and where to go skiing in Colorado.
