Kelly Ladner has been our realtor for years now. I bought a house in 2016 and sold in 2020. We recently relocated back to Austin. Through out the process of relocating she been incredibly helpful with face timing us on different properties. She even went as far as to let us ship things to her home and then dropped our packages off at the property when she took position of it for us.

Words cannot express how genuine and caring she is when it came to helping us decide on a house or selling one. She always responded with our answers in a quick manner and was very resourceful when it came to problem solving. She made the transition that much easier for us to come back to Texas.
