Charlie’s connection to Central Texas runs deep. A native of the Austin area, she grew up in Leander and has watched the region change dramatically over the years. That long-standing connection gives Charlie a perspective that goes beyond simply knowing neighborhood names and market statistics. She has experienced firsthand the growth and evolution of the communities that now make up one of the country’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Today, Charlie works with clients throughout Central Texas, with a particular focus on Williamson County and the surrounding communities. Real estate may be Charlie’s current career, but it certainly isn’t the only experience that has shaped how she works. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Charlie worked in construction, law firms, and cosmetology, and she also spent years as a stay-at-home mom.
